Koochino Cafe

I have been here a few times as I have lived in the area for most of my life. The coffee is good but the service has not always been the friendliest. Today I ordered two coffees and a banana bread, which I always do and usually grab it at the end when I collect the coffee. After grabbing my coffee I grabbed the banana bread and said thank you, but received a strange look from the female staff member as I walked away. As I was leaving I heard her yelling "Excuse me" in front of the entire centre in a way that was implying I had done something wrong? I was then approached by the male who took my order in what seemed to be a hostile way asking "Did you just take that bread" when I had asked for it and would have no reason to steal a piece of banana bread? He then told me he didn't hear me and asked me to come back and pay for it with the whole centre looking at me like I was some sort of criminal. If they for some reason didn't hear it, I think it could have been handled in a much better way as I found it extremely offensive and unprofessional. Why would I look them straight in the eye and say bye and thank you for the coffee while showing them I was taking it as I was leaving if I was trying to steal something from them? Definitely put a dampener on my morning.
